Port Esbjerg operates seven business areas. We are the leading originating port for wind power in Europe and for handling wind turbines, and we are a leading Nordic port for intermodal transport. Our rail connections provide direct access to European markets, while our CCS activities support the handling of CO₂. We are also a maritime hub for oil and gas activities in the Danish sector of the North Sea. In addition, we lease modern, attractive sites of port area and handle all types of bulk and break-bulk cargo.
